Google’s Pixel 4 smartphone series is at least four months from its release, however Youtuber, Jon Prosser from Front Page Tech has published some information about Google’s expected smartphone that changes what we have known so far.
According to Jon, Google will move on to a new approach to the natural buttons we are used to right and left of the phones. Instead of these natural buttons, he claims he will place touch buttons to adjust the volume to make their debut with Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL.
This change could be combined with an existing feature called the Actibe Edge that has so far been in some parts of the phone frame where natural buttons do not interfere.
Some source also confirmed some leaks and rumors surrounding the Pixel 4 smartphone series. In particular, it confirmed the existence of a punch hole similar to that of the Samsung Galaxy S10.
The new smartphones will have extremely small bezels and will retain the front-facing stereo speakers incorporated into the Pixel 2 and Pixel 3 series of the company. The changes are expected to end with the existence of an in-display fingerprint scanner that will replace what Google has been putting on the back for years.
Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL are expected to incorporate the Snapdragon 855. For the first time we will see 6GB of RAM while the smartphone will probably have 128GB of available storage space. Of course they will be released with the Android Q version and there will also be a 5G version.
