Huawei is preparing a grand event in Paris on March 26th, where it will announce the Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro. But that is not all. The company confirmed today that she has some more surprises in her sleeve.
By posting on Weibo, the company announced that it has scheduled another event for March 25, without even asking us what it will present. The program of the event is in the form of a poster with sketches, names and some brief specifications of the three products that will be presented on that date. These products are Huawei Mediapad M5 Youth Edition and Huawei Enjoy 9s and Huawei Enjoy 9e smartphones that will make their debut on the above date.
While a previous leak in Weibo earlier this month suggests that the Enjoy 9s will have a drop-type notch, Huawei’s current poster says the device will carry a vertical triple rear camera camera including a 24MP main lens and a ultra-high resolution 16MP. It also features a rear fingerprint sensor and 128GB internal storage, while it will run EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9 and will have AI capabilities.
For the Huawei Enjoy 9e, so many details have not been revealed so far, but it looks like the device will come as a much more affordable variation of Enjoy 9s. From the poster shown above, it appears to have a single 13MP rear view camera without a fingerprint sensor, although we are not sure if it will be on the front. The device will feature Huawei SuperSound technology and 64GB storage memory, while a TENAA entry reveals that it will come equipped with an entry level SoC, possibly the MediaTek Helio P35.
The Mediapad M5 Youth Edition or Mediapad M5 Lite, according to the poster, will be powered by Huawei’s Kirin 710 SoC, powered by a 5,100 mAh battery and equipped with a Huawei Histen 3D audio chip.
