The Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition was officially announced, along with the Oppo Reno Standard Edition, at the event that was held by the company in Beijing.
The Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition is the new flagship of the company and comes with three rear cameras, the main 48MP diaphragm with f / 1.7 aperture, a 13MP with f / 3.0 aperture and 10x hybrid zoom and wide-angle 120-degree 8MP with aperture f / 2.2.
The Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition will be the main rival of the Huawei P30 Pro, because Reno’s flagship cameras have a higher resolution and greater opening than the P30.
Opio Reno 10x Zoom Edition innovations do not stop here. The smartphone has the company’s new pop-up shark-fin mechanism, where we will find a 16MP camera with a f / 2.0 diaphragm offering a 79.3-degree wide view.
The Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition is equipped with the Snapdragon 855 SoC, it has 6GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB internal storage, combined to create a variety of versions. Also, the device has a 6.6 inches FHD + AMOLED screen without a notch, with a screen-to-body ratio of 93.1%.
In terms of functionality, the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom runs the ColorOS 6 which is based on Android 9 Pie. The smartphone features an in-display fingerprint sensor and comes with a 4.065 mAh battery that supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology.
Apart from the features of the device and without knowing how to go to real life usage conditions, the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom appeared in AnTuTu, where it scored 369,254 points. According to the picture, this performance belongs to the version with 6GB RAM, 256GB storage space and Snapdragon 855 with Adreno 640 GPU.
The Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition will be released in two colors, Fog Sea Green and Extreme Night Black, and will be available for sale in China from April 19th. The price of the 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage will be at 520 €, the 6GB RAM and 256GB of storage will cost 600 € and the largest version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space reaches 630 €.
