Another week and another problem for Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, with their big trump to be the camera, which does not open because the Google app along with those of other companies is buggy and does not work.
Problems continue for Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, with Google Camera app displaying the “fatal error” message and third-party applications displaying the “can not connect to the camera” message at unspeakable moments when the device camera. A solution that users have found is to restart their device, with the error appearing again, something that is not corrected by factory resetting, as well as concerns for Google smartphone owners.
Google has been informed about this problem and refuses to replace the devices that present it and it is already working on an update to solve the problem, hoping that it will not be created after so many that have appeared so far. The same problem was encountered in Nexus 5, with the bug “can not connect to the camera” crashing the camera application into many devices, with the owners of that device reporting that the problem occurs up to 2017, four years after the release of Nexus 5.
It remains to be seen when we will have the upgrade from Google to fix this problem, hoping to be the last one for the owners of these devices.
