We all believed that 2019 would be the year of 5G and foldable devices. Though we are already in the middle of the year, we have not seen any foldable devices being released, with Samsung Galaxy Fold and Huawei Mate X getting extended.

However, Samsung has not abandoned its dream of launching a foldable device and is already working for 2020. According to ET News, the next Galaxy Fold will look much like our well-known flip phones in 2005.

According to reports, the device reminds the upcoming Motorola RAZR 2019 and this time Samsung gives more weight to ergonomics. The large 6.7-inch OLED screen folds into a clamshell formation and unfolds on the X axis. Thanks to the new design, Samsung’s next foldable smartphone will be so small that it will fit normally in its holder’s pocket even open.

Additionally, when the device is folded to the outside, there will be a 1 inch screen that will display useful information such as messages, time, and alerts.

Finally, ET News says the device will be released on time and will cost less than the Samsung Galaxy Fold.
