Fortnite is the top 2018 game on mobile phones. It supports 60fps, but this feature is limited to just a few devices like the latest iPhone XS, Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy Note 9, Huawei Mate 20 X and Honor View 20. Epic Games, the company behind the very popular game added 60fps support and other smartphones that have the Snapdragon 855 among which seems to be the Xiaomi Mi 9.

Max Weinbach of XDA Developers confirmed that Mi 9 is able to play Fortnite Mobile at 60fps. There are still no official announcements from Epic Games. Also, the phone is not listed on devices that support the high frame rate on the FAQ page. Nor is the Galaxy S10 series available.

In view of the Fortnite World Cup Online Open, which will begin on April 13, developers promised to optimize computer and mobile performance by introducing a FPS index to the next version v8.30. In addition, for a “more competitive and stimulating experience,” the game has recently acquired a new Arena battleground.
